Please ensure that your device model is listed accurately in the compatibility list. The stylus pen is not compatible with devices that are not listed in the compatibility list.
If you find that the stylus pen is not working on your iPad, please make sure that your iPad is not paired with an Apple Pencil. If your iPad is still paired with an Apple Pencil, it will not work with this stylus pen.
If you experience any unresponsiveness during use, please try replacing the stylus pen tip and restarting your iPad.
